Use the shared REQUEST operation with action quote and a required need sentence. Include contact.email for a reply. Technical gaps need not block preliminary help. Keep the service geography in geography.text.
Preserve room designation, reported versus intended class, device identity and quantity, room association, changes, sampling exclusions and separate visit/report timing. ISO classes and CSP categories are never device counts. Planned certification is not completed work. A known room association remains known even if hazardous-device identity is unresolved. After a correction, retain every unchanged device and room relationship and reconcile against the stated total.

Keep the returned id, token and status_url private. request_status reads recorded requirements and linked authorized offers. The status_url is JSON. Humans should use our branded return view with #id=ID&token=TOKEN. A reference alone is not authority. Submit changes through the ordinary request envelope with continuation: {id, token}. The original requirement stays on record.
Inspect any linked offer's exact terms through the existing offer interface before accepting. An agent name or MCP session is not purchase authority. This site does not issue a firm offer or take payment.
Validation and open dates
The runtime validates supplied types, maximum lengths and numeric bounds. Enum and pattern are not enforced. A non-YYYY-MM-DD value in a format: date field is retained as sent and also listed in missing_specifications, not called dated. Send ISO dates where known; keep ordinary phrases with their semantic role in access, history or reports. A missing contact address means no email reply can be sent.

Site facts, later amendments and applicable current standards must be checked before consequential advice. This is scope guidance, not a determination of compliance or permission to compound.
